Artisanal ice cream factory for hospitality

The essential element in the manufacturing process of Palacio artisan ice creams is to maintain the cold chain which constitutes the only preservative.

The ice cream leaves the manufacturing machine at an approximate temperature of -9ºC. At this moment is when the ice cream contains all its properties (creaminess, texture, flavor, etc.) that are most optimized, so it is quickly deep-frozen and stored in chambers at a temperature of -30ºC until now. of its use. When served, the temperature will rise to its initial values. In this way the ice cream is preserved in perfect conditions to be enjoyed.

Horchata is a very delicate product, and like ice cream, it is also essential to respect the cold chain. For this reason, it is made daily and, from the moment of its production until the moment it is served to the customer in their establishment, it is maintained at a temperature of between 0ºC and 2ºC.

The Helados Palacio factory is located in the north of the province of Alicante, in the town of Pedreguer, although for years it has been supplying ice cream parlours, restaurants and salons throughout the Valencian Community and the rest of Spain.
