Ingredients
Water, peach pulp 20%, sucrose, glucose, inulin, peach preparation (sucrose, peaches, acidifier: citric acid, vegetable concentrate, natural flavourings, stabiliser: E440); emulsifier: locust bean gum, gelatine, pectin and carrageenan; dextrose.
Storage Conditions
- Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
- Shelf life: 18 months.
Production Process
The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 65°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 12 hours at 4°C.
The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
