Ingredients

Roasted pumpkin 32%, water, sugar, skimmed MILK powder, fresh CREAM, dextrose; chocolate decoration (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, MILK fat, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla flavouring, cocoa); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum and carrageenan.

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
