Ingredients
Water, sugar, skimmed MILK powder, pure HAZELNUT paste 3.77%, chocolate coating: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin, E476), natural vanilla extract; fructose, fresh CREAM, chocolate and HAZELNUT cream: sugar, palm fat, HAZELNUTS (13%), reduced-fat cocoa (7.4%), skimmed MILK powder 6.6%, WHEY powder, emulsifiers: lecithins (SOYA), vanilla; dextrose, cocoa, HAZELNUTS; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum and carrageenan; MILK protein, roasted ALMONDS and BISCUIT.
Storage Conditions
- Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
- Shelf life: 18 months.
Production Process
The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.
The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
