Ingredients

Water, sugar, natural orange juice 11%, cocoa 6%, glucose, dextrose; thickeners: locust bean gum (E410), gelatine, pectin (E440), carrageenan (E407).

Storage Conditions

Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 65°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 12 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
