Ingredients
Water, sugar, EGG YOLK 9%, skimmed MILK powder, CREAM, dextrose, lemon peel, cinnamon stick, caramelised sugar, chocolate (SOYA lecithin), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum, carrageenan; caramel syrup; candied EGG YOLK (EGG YOLK, sucrose, water, gelatine and lemon juice); light sponge cake (WHEAT flour, sugar, water, liquid EGG, emulsifiers E471 and E477, dextrose flavouring, stabiliser E45, raising agent E500).
Storage Conditions
- Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
- Shelf life: 18 months.
