Ingredients

Water, LOTUS BISCUITS 12% (WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, vegetable oils [palm oil, novina oil], brown sugar syrup, raising agent [sodium bicarbonate], SOYA FLOUR, salt, cinnamon, E450i, E500ii, salt, WHEY, E471, E481, vanillin, antioxidants E304 and E306); 14.3%: liquid caramel 80%, salt, skimmed MILK 1%, sugar, BUTTER, dextrose; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum and carrageenan.

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
