Ingredients
Natural Sanguinelli orange juice 45%, glucose, water, CAVA DISTILLATE 12°, sugar, DISTILLATE 35°, sugar-free distillate 40°, natural lemon juice, emulsifier: locust bean gum, gelatine, pectin, carrageenan, dextrose and acesulfame K.
Storage Conditions
- Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
- Shelf life: 18 months.
Production Process
The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 65°C, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 12 hours at 4°C.
The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
