Ingredients

Water, cocoa butter, chocolate ganache 7% (CREAM, BUTTER, invert sugar, chocolate coating, dextrose), brownie (WHEAT FLOUR, EGG, BUTTER, chocolate [SOYA LECITHIN, SKIMMED MILK POWDER]), Filipinos, palm oil, reduced-fat cocoa 3%, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents, salt, WHEY, emulsifier, antioxidants (E304, E308), flavouring. May contain traces of NUTS. Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum and carrageenan.

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 12 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
