Ingredients

Skimmed MILK (skimmed MILK powder, sugar, pure hazelnut paste, chocolate coating: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: (SOY lecithin E476), natural vanilla extract, fructose, fresh cream, chocolate cream and HAZELNUTS: sugar, palm butter, hazelnuts (13%), defatted cocoa (7.4%), skimmed milk powder 6.6%, whey powder, emulsifiers: lecithins (soy, vanilla), dextrose, cocoa, hazelnuts, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum, carrageenan, dairy protein, toasted almonds, COOKIE

 

Storage conditions

  • Store at -18o. Once thawed, do not freeze again.
  • Shelf life: 12 months

Preparation process

Prepare the mixture and add all the ingredients. A pasteurization process is applied at 85ºC for 45 minutes. It is quickly cooled to 4ºC and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4ºC. It is then frozen in the churn where it comes out of the machine at approximately –8ºC and is packaged. It is frozen in the chiller and kept in the freezing chambers at -25ºC until sold.
