Ingredients

Water, sugar, skimmed MILK powder 9%, pure HAZELNUT paste, milk chocolate cream (sugar, oil, s.s. 13%, SOYA lecithin, flavourings), biscuit 3% (WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable fat, WHEAT starch, flavourings, antioxidants E320 and E321), fresh CREAM, dextrose, glucose; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum and carrageenan.

CONTAINS GLUTEN.

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
