Ingredients

Water, sucrose, Kit Kat bars 7% (sugar, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT flour, cocoa butter, palm fat, cocoa, MILK fat, WHEY, sunflower lecithin, flavourings, salt, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), cocoa butter, dextrose, MILK powder 1%, cocoa, Cremosa SE-30 (locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum, carrageenan).

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
