Ingredients

Water, PANETTONE 10% (WHEAT flour, grapes, EGG, orange peel, sugar, sourdough [WHEAT FLOUR, water], BUTTER, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, skimmed MILK powder, flavourings, EGG [may contain NUTS and SOYA], yeast, E450i, E500ii, salt, WHEY, E471, E481, vanillin, antioxidants E304, E306 and E300, EGG, colour E160a, coating 14.3% [glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, E322, E415, E410, E412]), skimmed MILK powder, sugar, fresh CREAM, fructose, dextrose, sodium alginate, carrageenan. Contains GLUTEN.

Storage Conditions

• Store at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
• Shelf life: 18 months.

Production Process

The mixture is prepared and all the ingredients are incorporated. It is then pasteurised at 85°C for 45 minutes, rapidly cooled to 4°C and left to mature for approximately 24 hours at 4°C.

The mixture is then churned and frozen in the ice cream machine, reaching an exit temperature of approximately -8°C, and is subsequently packaged. The product is then blast-frozen and stored in frozen storage chambers at -25°C until sale.
