Artisanal sorbets are characterized by not containing dairy products in their preparation
We have numerous fruit and vegetable flavors, as well as combinations to surprise the most demanding palate, such as lemon with mint and ginger; apple, carrot and ginger; or lemon verbena and mandaria. The citrus fruits that we use in our sorbets are all from the eastern Valencian area, thus obtaining a unique and unmatched flavor from freshly picked raw materials.
The artisan sorbets with alcohol, especially suitable for banquets and celebrations, have flavors like gin and tonic.
This type of ice cream is suitable for people with lactose intolerance or also for vegans since we do not use ingredients of animal origin in its preparation.
We have numerous flavors although if you do not find the flavor you need, Helados Palacio offers you the possibility of making it upon request. The formats that we have for ice cream parlors and restaurants are 2.5 l, 5.5 liters or 8.5 liters.
