Unlike sorbets, artisanal frozen cream is made with dairy products which impact the final creaminess of the product.
We have numerous flavors although if you do not find the flavor you need, Helados Palacio offers you the possibility of making it upon request, starting from 10l. The formats we have for ice cream parlors and restaurants are 2.5 l, 5.5 liters or 8.5 liters. Also focused on catering services we have ice cream balls and quenelles of all flavors, previously prepared, available in boxes of 40 units.
